Wordiculture

Wordiculture is a daily word-gardening game operated by Raydoll LLC (Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA). By playing you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Effective date: July 3, 2026.

Playing creates an anonymous account on your device; linking an email lets your garden follow you across devices. You're responsible for the devices and email you use to access it. You can delete your account at any time from the Contact page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra garden tools for the lifetime of the account that bought it. Payment is processed by Stripe. Premium is tied to your account: it doesn't transfer, and deleting your account ends it without refund. For a refund request within a reasonable time of purchase, write to raydoll.llc@gmail.com and we're human about it. A refunded or disputed payment returns the account to the free tier.

The garden is shared, so a few rules keep it worth tending:

• no bots, automation, or exploiting bugs to climb leaderboards
• no offensive or impersonating display names, club names, or feedback
• no probing, scraping, or disrupting the service

Scores are computed and verified on our servers. We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The game, including its code, design, artwork, Milo, and the puzzle engine, belongs to Raydoll LLC and its licensors. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game without obligation. Your data remains yours; the Privacy Policy covers how we handle it.

The service is provided “as is”: we work hard to keep it up and fair, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability, and a daily puzzle may occasionally be late, wrong, or wonderful. To the fullest extent the law allows, Raydoll LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero, for free players).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
